We want you to love your bronze miniature sculpture. Each piece is carefully crafted and finished by hand, making every sculpture unique. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your sculpture within 30 days of delivery.

​

Before returning your sculpture, please contact us first. We'll guide you through the return process and provide the return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or unable to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, the sculpture should be:

• In its original condition

• Returned in its original unmarked packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your sculpture has been damaged during shipping or you've received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery). We'll make things right by arranging a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as bronze sculptures are valuable and delicate.

Handmade Character

Because each sculpture is individually cast and hand-finished, slight variations in patina, texture, and finish are part of the character and uniqueness of the artwork. These natural variations are not considered defects.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, although this may vary during busy periods.

International Deliveries

We ship to customers worldwide.

• Worldwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20 per order, regardless of destination or order size.

• International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
